¶ Transdroid
Transdroid is an application that allows you to connect to your remote torrent client and manage your torrents from your Android device. It supports all popular torrent clients such as µTorrent, Transmission, rTorrent, Vuze, Deluge, BitTorrent 6, qBittorrent, and many more. It allows you to view and manage running torrents and individual files as well as add new torrents and pause/resume existing ones. With a Data connection, you can control your downloads anywhere and at any time.
- Download and install Transdroid from here or If you prefer google play store, then get the mini version of Transdroid, called Transdrone from here.
- Open Transdroid app and click Settings.
- Click the option Add new server.
- Choose appropiate server type and fill in the configuration values. You can find configuration values for each torrent client in the corresponding section of this guide. Alternatively, you can find the exact configuration values for your account on the access info page.
- For advanced configuration, click the Advanced settings option.
¶ Nzb360
Nzb360 is a full-featured NZB/torrent manager that focuses on providing the best experience possible for controlling all of your usenet and torrent needs. It supports all kinds of connections, including local/remote addresses, SSL/TLS, HTTP Authentication, URL rewrites, reverse proxies, and more.
- Download and install Nzb360 from here.
- Open Nzb360 app and click Let’s Get Started.
- On the Settings page, scroll down to the Servers section. Click Torrents.
- Tap the switch to Enable Torrents. Choose appropiate torrent client and fill in the configuration values. You can find configuration values for each torrent client in the corresponding section of this guide. Alternatively, you can find the exact configuration values for your account on the access info page.
- Turn on the option Keep Screen On.
- Once done, click Test Connection to verify the connection and save.
¶ rTorrent
Generic configuration values are given below. To get the exact configuration values, Navigate to the Application Manager page and search for rtorrent. Click icon to open the Access Info page. Scroll down to the Configuration section and click Transdroid or Nzb360.
