¶ Intro
EmbyStat is a personal web server that can calculate all kinds of statistics from your (local) Emby or Jellyfin server. Just install this on your server and let him calculate all kinds of fun stuff.
¶ Availability
EmbyStat is available as an one-click installable app on all of our Gigabox Plans starting from Gigabox Gold series.
¶ Installing Embystat
- Navigate to the Application Manager page and search for
embystat. - Click icon to open the installation window and tap Install to start the installation process.
- Once the installation is complete, click icon to open the Access Info page. Then click Go To Application to access
embystat.
¶ Configuring Emby
- The initial setup page looks like the following image. Select your preferred language and click Next.
- Enter Username and Password of your choice and click Next.
- Click the sqaured add button.
- Return to your Gigabox dashboard and search for emby. Then click Access Info button.
- Copy the Hostname and Url Base.
- Click Open Emby API key page button on the embystat page. This will open a tab on your emby app. Then click the New API Key button on the emby page.
- Enter EmbyStat as name and click Ok.
- Copy the generated API key as shown below.
- Fill up API key and all other related details.
- If you have entered all details correctly, you will now be able to complete the setup without any more details.
